Music fans, industry professionals, and anyone with an ear for up-and-coming and emerging artists should head to the CMJ Music Marathon from October 21 to 25. Now in its 35th year, the festival will feature performances from over 1,400 artists from around the world at more than 80 venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Here are 5 female-front acts to catch at CMJ next month.
