Thrash masters Anthrax are just about to wrap up a winter tour with Lamb of God, but that doesn't mean you won't be hearing from these guys for awhile - far from it, in fact. Now just a handful of days away from the official release of the band's eleventh studio album, For All Kings, there's a rumbling in the distance, one that's sure to break out into a full-on mega-quake once this album hits the atmosphere on February 26.
The long-awaited, highly anticipated follow-up to the 2011 release, Worship Music, on For All Kings Anthrax demonstrates a veteran band at their finest coming back to the table once again to put out some killer new music. Fans have already heard two of the stellar songs on the forthcoming release, the thrashy and aggressive "Evil Twin" which stands up to religious and political extremism, and the dynamic "Breathing Lightning" which very quickly hit the iTunes "Hot-List" after its release. But where those two came from, there are another ten solid and prime songs ready and waiting to be devoured by thrash and metal lovers. And if you're in the New Jersey area the day before the album's release you can do just that at the For All Kings listening party.
Taking place on Thursday, February 25 at Architekt Studios in Butler, N.J., come take part in an intimate release party in celebration of the new record. The event will include a Q&A with the band, a special For All Kings menu, a performance by the band, meet and greet, and your very own copy of the new album. But there are only 100 tickets available so be sure to grab yours up soon.

Then the following day - and the day of the album's official release - February 26, Anthrax's Frank Bello and Scott Ian will be at Looney Tunes music store in New York for a Q&A and an autograph session. Looney Tunes is located at 31 Brookvale Ave. in West Babylon, NY., and the event will begin at 6:00 P.M. local time. After the guys answer some questions, audience members can get two autographs from Bello and Ian - one on the new CD or LP as well as one on a personal item. Click here to reserve your spot.
Then directly following the release of For All Kings, Anthrax will be jetting off to South America for a tour with Iron Maiden - and doing so on the jet piloted by none other than Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson. How cool is that? And hopefully we'll see some more dates in the U.S. added for later in the year so concert goers can check out the music from For All Kings live.
