Although it’s still only fall, next summer is starting to heat up for country music fans. Organizers of Bayou Country Superfest 2016 have announced the performance lineup, complete with headliners Luke Bryan, Eric Church and Jason Aldean. Held over Memorial Day weekend from May 27-29, the music festival includes a number of other musical acts.
A total of 14 musical acts have been announced. In addition to the headliners, the performance lineup for Bayou Country Superfest includes Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, Cole Swindell, Thomas Rhett, Randy Rogers Band, Frankie Ballard, Dustin Lynch, Brothers Osborne, and A Thousand Horses.
The performance lineup is listed by date, with Luke Bryan performing May 27, Eric Church on May 28 and Jason Aldean on May 29. Bayou Country Superfest’s schedule is available via its website, and set times will be released closer to the start of the festival. The performance lineup was announced November 10 via the festival’s website and official Facebook page, with many fans writing plans on social media to attend the upcoming festival.
The three-day country music festival will be held at LSU Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Three-day packages for the festival are available for presale at this time, with more information available on the event’s website. RV parking passes will go on sale starting November 23. Tailgating will also be allowed at the country music festival, and a full list of rules regarding tailgating, as well a list of items permitted and prohibited at the festival, is available online.
Bayou Country Superfest isn’t the only multi-day country music celebration scheduled for Memorial Day weekend next year. As reported previously on The Rowdy, Country 500 in Daytona Beach, Florida, has already announced the lineup for 2016, with Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean and Willie Nelson among the musical acts on the schedule.
