BTS will hit another career milestone by making their “Saturday Night Live” debut on April 13. The K-pop superstars will perform as musical guest with Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone as host, NBC announced today (March 13).

The upcoming SNL appearance will air one day after BTS’ new album, Map of the Soul: Persona drops on April 12. The South Korean boyband made many television appearances last year in support of their chart-topping album Love Yourself: Answer, including a guest spot on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in the U.S. and “The Graham Norton Show” in the U.K.

During their “Tonight Show” appearance, BTS slayed a Fornite dance challenge with Jimmy Fallon. American audience members screamed (and even cried) throughout their musical performance.

Given their massive global popularity, it seems likely SNL audience members will give RM, Jimin, Suga, V, J-Hope, Jungkook and Jin a warm welcome. Wouldn’t it be cool if the boys also end up in a skit somehow? (Harry Styles rocked an epic Mick Jagger impersonation during his SNL guest spot, after all …)

Overall, BTS had an incredible year in 2018. They smashed YouTube records, addressed the United Nations, and even logged two Guinness World Records. The global heartthrobs also played to thousands of adoring fans at sold-out concerts in venues all over the world.

SNL also announced Sandra Oh is hosting with musical guest Tame Impala on March 30 and “Game of Thrones” star Kit Harington will host with Sara Bareilles performing on April 6.
