Cage The Elephant set to bring Christmas cheer to Chicago

The year end holidays are fast approaching, which means it's time to begin blocking out time for the people in our lives we hold most dearly. Be it a festive gathering with family or one of those quirky Christmas sweater-themed get-togethers with friends, time must be set aside. Needless to say, schedules begin to fill up very quickly this time of year, and for those living in the Chicago-land area, there's yet another important event that begs not to be overlooked this holiday season, WKQX’s The Night We Stole Christmas, featuring Cage The Elephant – joined by openers Weathers & Catfish and The Bottlemen – at the Aragon Ballroom on Friday, Dec. 2.

Cage The Elephant, fronted by the spectacular Matt Shultz, have quickly built a reputation for their high energy no-holds-barred approach to live performance. As a result, whenever the group comes to town, tickets tend to get snatched up quickly as devotees attempt to secure their spots as spectators in one of the most hard-rocking live shows in music today.

Sadly, Night 1 & 2 of the 2016 rendition of The Night We Stole Christmas are completely sold out so, naturally, it will be tough to come by tickets for Cage The Elephant's Friday night performance. However, Christmas may come early for a few lucky individuals as 101WKQX has decided to offer some fans a chance to win a pair of tickets to the highly-anticipated event.

The offer, entitled “You Give & You Get,” requires those interested to sign up for a chance to win a spot to volunteer at The Anti-Cruelty Society. Likewise, according to the 101WKQX website, “if you win a spot and volunteer with us, you’ll walk away with a pair of tickets to The Nights We Stole Christmas night of your choice!”

So if you like the idea of helping “pets in need” as much as rocking out to Cage The Elephant at The Night We Stole Christmas then click here to register online for your chance to win a pair of tickets to the band's forthcoming Dec. 2 performance.
