Metalcore outfit Converge are slated to release their new studio album The Dusk In Us on Nov. 3, and they recently gave fans a taste of the new album with the songs "I Can Tell You About Pain" and "Under Duress". The outfit recently finished touring with Neurosis, and they're prepping plans to support the forthcoming album with immense touring. Today, they revealed a string of dates along the East Coast.

Their headlining tour kicks off on Dec. 9 in Brighton, Mass., and it will work its way to Brooklyn for two nights, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Durham, Atlanta, and Richmond before concluding in Philadelphia on Dec. 16. Joining them on this nine date trek are Boston indie rock outfit Pile, who are supporting their new studio album A Hairshirt of Purpose, and Washington D.C. hardcore band Give. Tickets for their December trek are on sale to the general public right now.

Before the tour, Converge will play with Grammy nominated metal outfit Gojira inside Brooklyn Steel on Sept. 28, and they'll perform at Sound On Sound Fest 2017 in McDade, Texas. Other acts slated to appear at the three day music festival include Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Wolves In The Throne Room, and Peanut Butter Wolf. The Dusk In Us is available for pre-order at their webstore in various bundles. This is the follow up to their 2012 album All We Love We Leave Behind, which peaked at number nine on the Hard Rock Albums chart.
