Few groups embody the ‘80s like Daryl Hall and John Oates and this year, the “Private Eyes” duo are teaming up with fellow ‘80s legends Tears for Fears for a co-headlining summer tour. The series of 2017 dates includes a gig at Queens’ Forest Hills Stadium on Friday, June 16.
The blue-eyed soul duo made their name off a string of No. 1 hits which included “Rich Girl,” “Out Of Touch” and “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do).” The duo has stayed busy during the 2000s and beyond. They released Home For Christmas, their Christmas record back in 2006, and in 2014, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame included the group as an inductee in its 2014 class. This year also brings big news for fans of Tears for Fears. The duo announced that they will release a new album later this year, their first in over a decade.
Tickets for Daryl Hall & John Oates and Tears for Fears go on sale Friday, March 10 at 12 p.m. EST. For ticket information, click here.
