Eric Church announces headlining tour dates for early 2017

This fall Eric Church will be taking time off from touring, but in early 2017 he's coming back in full force. In a press release he announced a headlining tour for early next year, which currently consists of over 60 concerts. It'll kick off on Jan. 13 in Lincoln, Neb. and won't wrap up until May 27 with his headlining concert in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena

There will be a pre-sale for Eric Church's early 2017 Holdin' My Own Tour, but it's only going to be open to members of his fan club. Those who aren't part of the fan club still have time to join before the pre-sale begins, but you have to register by Aug. 23.

The fan club pre-sale takes place from Sept. 9 through Sept. 11. Those part of Church's fan club will be emailed a link and code to buy tickets. Each code will be unique, so there's no sharing with friends. Tickets go on sale to the public after the pre-sale ends via AXS here

Throughout his career Eric Church has released five studio albums, with his most recent being Mr. Misunderstood in the fall of 2015. That album went on to reach No. 2 on both the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart, and Top Country Albums chart.

Eric Church's early 2017 Holdin' My Own Tour is named after a song on Mr. Misunderstood. The song "Holdin' My Own" has yet to be released as a single. It might be later this year because thus far he's only put out one in 2016, which is "Record Year."
