This spring the American rock band Circa Survive will embark on their first headlining tour of 2015. Official tour dates were announced yesterday (Jan. 20) in a press release. It kicks off March 16 in Raleigh, N.C., and it wraps up May 3 in Stroudsburg, Pa. with their concert at the Sherman Theater.
Regular general admission tickets go on sale to the public beginning Jan. 23. Once they go on sale, tickets can be purchased via the band's tour page on their official website. Along with performing headlining concerts, the band will also be at a number of music festivals. This spring they are set to perform at South By So What, and Coachella.
VIP packages are currently available to purchase. With a VIP package you will get one ticket, access to a meet & greet with all the Circa Survive band members, a poster, and a chance to watch the band perform a three song acoustic set before the doors even open. VIP packages can be purchased via Show Stubs.
Circa Survive will be touring this spring in support of their fifth studio album, Descensus. It was released last year On Nov. 24 via Sumerian Records. The album features the track "Child of the Desert." Just last week the band released an official music video for that song, which you can watch here.
Providing direct support on the entire tour will be the American alternative rock band Balance and Composure. Their most recent full length studio album, The Things We Think We're Missing was released in 2013. Opening all concerts will be the progressive rock band CHON.
