Eric Church becomes a radio host

Eric Church has become a radio host. Church spread the big news on Feb. 27, 2015, that he will be a featured artist as the host of Outsiders Radio on SiriusXM’s The Highway. The first episode of Church’s Outsiders Radio kicked off on Feb. 27, 2015, with a celebration of Church’s one year anniversary of The Outsiders album release.

Church’s SiriusXM Outsiders Radio show is set to put a spotlight on his musical influences and feature some of Church’s songs that were never released as well as his own favorite songs. The first show included two songs that Church recorded for The Outsiders album but were not included on the album when it was completed.

Church is set to host Outsiders Radio on SiriusXM with the show taking place every month on the last Friday of the month. Outsiders Radio with Church on SiriusXM can be heard beginning at 10 p.m. EST on The Highway channel. The Outsiders Radio show can also be heard during the rebroadcasts of the show at 12 a.m. EST on Monday and on Wednesday at 11 p.m. EST.

Church is also ready to get back on the road with his Outsiders World Tour which starts back up on March 3, 2015, at the Houston Rodeo following his performance at the Ryman Auditorium for Universal Music Group’s showcase that took place during the Country Radio Seminar.

Church performed a song that he wrote to honor his grandfather that was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease when Church was a young boy. Church also made a return to the stage to join Keith Urban for a performance of the pair’s hit song "Raise 'Em Up" off of Urban’s album Fuse.
