Eric Church has just announced a stop at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee as part of his, “Outsiders World Tour.” This news has just been released via the Country Giant radio 94.7 today. This promises to be a great way to spend January 10 and kick off 2015 in party style in only the way Music City can.
If you are interested in seeing what Mr. Church has to offer, check out his page at the Bridgestone and order your tickets online for the early part of the year concert.
For the folks who are not in Eric’s fan club, Eric’s fan club members are referred to as, “The Church Choir.” That’s a cute play on words.
This years’ tour offers a rare 360 degree stage with ten main vocal microphones for Eric to work around the stage. That means that there is not a bad seat in the house and you will get an unusual look and perspective of the man and his music.
It gives you the feel of seeing him much like you might if you were at a smaller club where he started in the business. He has designed his show to be like this for that reason.
Eric has been on a steady upward rise in his career with such songs as his current hit “Talladega” from his number one album, “The Outsiders,” which debuted in the top number one position. He also had hits with “Springsteen” and “Drink in My Hand”.
He has had prior success with songs such as “Guys Like Me” and “Smoke a Little Smoke” and “Love Your Love the Most”. Both of his first two albums were certified gold by the RIAA.
His first CD was entitled, “Sinners Like Me,” and the follow up release was called Carolina.
Eric has had a rather steady yet meteoric climb up the charts with gold records as well as platinum and double platinum releases.
He has also been nominated four times for a CMA Award in 2014 for song of the year, Male vocalist of the year, Album of the year and Single of the year. All of the accolades made it a very big year for the man from Granite Falls, North Carolina.
Eric Church’s tour schedule has dates all the way into September and more dates are being announced as they are released.
It all looks as though he is going to have a very stellar year professionally and there will likely be many more awards on the horizon. The future is indeed looking bright for Eric Church and his Church Choir as we roll into the year 2015.
