Eric Church receives a top honor for his world tour

Eric Church has proven that his fans are lining up to join him during his world tour. CMT spread the news on April 23, 2015 that Church has claimed the number one position on Billboard's Hot Tours recap with the Outsiders World Tour. Church has already sold 725,000 tickets with dates in over 60 cities.

Church added in some broken records during his Outsiders World Tour. The Outsiders World Tour shattered attendance records with over 18,000 fans showing up for three shows which includes his stop at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Church got to the top spot by scoring the most single week ticket sales in all musical formats including beating out Stevie Wonder and Fleetwood Mac.

Four Canadian tour stops earned $2.1 million in ticket sales for Church’s Outsiders World Tour. Church is not planning on slowing down his road shows with more shows set to happen including joint stadium stops with Kenny Chesney. The two superstar country artists are bring the Outsiders World Tour and The Big Revival Tour together for select dates.

They will join up for stadium shows in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Detroit. Church will team up with Chesney for their first stadium stop together at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on May 9, 2015. They will also perform together at EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City on May 25, 2015.

Church and Chesney team up once again on May 30, 2015, for a show at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. Church and Chesney are back together again for another stadium show happening on June 13, 2015, at The Georgia Dome in Atlanta and they will team up once again on July 11, 2015, in Philadelphia for a stadium show at Lincoln Financial Field.
