Taylor Swift led a huge group of music superstars who performed live this weekend at Capital FM’s 2017 Jingle Bell Ball in London, England. Swift opened night two of the exciting entertainment extravaganza and cell phones lit up The O2 Arena as she rose from beneath the stage for her dazzling “…Ready For It?” opener.

Swift was dressed in a sparkly black crop top, black velvet shorts and short red boots as she hit the stage flanked by backup dancers, clutching her gem-encrusted snake microphone. Fans screamed as she started singing the track’s opening verse, “Knew he was a killer first time that I saw him/Wonder how many girls he had loved and left haunted/But if he’s a ghost, then I can be a phantom/Holdin’ him for ransom.”

Swift smiled at the crowd as she danced in perfect, choreographed formation to the second official single from her critically-acclaimed, chart-topping sixth studio album, reputation. ”…Ready For It?” notably peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and No. 7 on the UK Singles Chart. Per Capital, Swift’s JBB set list included two of her chart-topping singles from 1989, “Blank Space” and “Shake It Off” as well as her Grammy-nominated collaboration with Zayn “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever.”

She also performed “Gorgeous” from reputation before closing her explosive set with its dark and edgy lead single “Look What You Made Me Do.” For the final song, a cell phone could be heard ringing from the largely-darkened stage as Swift picked up and said those heavily quoted words which echoed out from the stage, “I’m sorry, the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now.” There was a pause before she finished with, “Why? Because she’s dead.”

She sang the song throughout more screams and when she finished she smiled and waved at the audience saying, “Happy Holidays, London! Thank you so much! You have a great night ahead of you. So many great artists. Thank you so much for being here.” Then she blew them a kiss, caught several hands from audience members at the side of the stage before making her exit.

Taylor Swift broke records with reputation by selling over 1.2 million units in the first week of its release which made it the best-selling album of 2017, edging out her pal and collaborator Ed Sheeran’s chart-smashing third studio album Divide. Swift also made notable television appearances to support the album’s Nov. 10 release as musical guest on SNL and making an emotional surprise appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” She was also recently named as a Time Person of the Year for 2017 as one of "The Silence Breakers" who have spoken out about being victims of sexual harassment and assault.
