Dust off those dapper threads, don that extremely extravagant hat and grab a mint julep, the Original Denver Derby Party--the largest Kentucky Derby celebration outside of the Bluegrass State--is returning for its 18th year in the Mile High City in what has become a beloved Colorado tradition.
Derby Day is Saturday, May 4 this year and that’s when the Denver Derby Party--presented by Woodford Reserve--will take over The Denver Performing Arts Complex and Sculpture Park for one of the classiest events in the heart of downtown Denver.
As always, 100% of the proceeds benefit the Sean Ranch Lough-Foundation, a non-profit helping underprivileged students attain four-year scholarships to college. You can find tickets to the 2019 Denver Derby Party on AXS by following this link.
The Sean Ranch Lough-Foundation honors the life of Sean Lough, who his friends and family lovingly referred to as “Ranch.” Lough tragically lost his life in a mountain biking accident in 2001. Sean Ranch Lough-Foundation carries on his legacy by offering students who exhibit a high GPA and economic need the chance to go to college.
