Live music is an integral part of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Multiple concerts take place during the event, meaning that audiences can spend the day shopping, dining and socializing, then finish the night with a live performance. These aren't just any ordinary concerts, either; these are some of the biggest names in music. Some of the artists who have performed as part of the event include Kacey Musgraves, Luke Bryan and Chris Stapleton. No matter when you attend, there's always an amazing concert on the calendar.
4. Enjoy the rides

Audiences can get up close to the animals in the AGVENTURE area, which includes a wide variety of livestock. As the title indicates, the area also has multiple exhibits about agriculture, so it's also educational and not just for children. The AGVENTURE tells attendees more about the fundamental things that started the Livestock Show & Rodeo. It's not just about concerts, food and fun; it's also about these hard-working industries that make Texas great.
