Without much warning, an online pop-up shop dedicated to musical icon, Prince sprouted up online today to the excitement of devoted Prince fans across the globe who are gearing up for this year's holiday shopping season. Princehitnrun.com will be open for a limited run between November 29th and December 3rd, 2017 and will offer authorized merchandise from The Prince Estate. The online collection features items that showcase a few of Prince's monumental albums, including Purple Rain and 1999.
Some of the artwork included on the merchandise is the product of Martin Homent, the same artist who designed the album covers for Prince's last album releases, HITnRun Phase One and HITnRUN Phase Two. These items will only be available for a short time, but The Prince Estate has rumored there will be more pop-up shops to come in the future.
Some of the more eye catching items include a t-shirt with a Prince silhouette shadowing over the moon as well as a limited edition hoodie embroidered with Prince's 1999 album art. Upon ordering, you're warned that these items won't be shipped until around December 14th, but that should still give you enough time to have your new Prince merch ready to ring in the new year in style and party like it's 1999.
