The number one show in Las Vegas is coming to Los Angeles. Starting on March 23, Angelenos will get the chance the experience Absinthe, which will take place on L.A. Live's Event Deck for a month long.

According to The New York Times, "Imagine Cirque du Soleil as channeled through “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” and painted by George Grosz. “Absinthe” has the requisite acts of circus skill, like a trapeze artist or a woman who spins hula hoops, but the memorable moments are offered by performers like the rubber-faced and rubber-garbed Miss Behave, who in the course of what appear to be comedy routines shows off some mean sword-swallowing abilities."

The residency will begin on March 22 (preview show) and will make its grand opening on March 23. From then, the shows will run on Thursdays at Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and on Sundays at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m through April 23 Ticket prices start at $59 dollars, and can also be purchased via AXS here.

This special event is hosted by "Gazillionaire" who according to Las Vegas Weekly, "is the gold-toothed, foul-mouthed lecherous dirtbag who runs the show." If you're in for a night of raunchy comedy, drinks and laughs with a hint of circus acts, Absinthe will be your show. Grab tickets today.
