Rapper Action Bronson is taking those new tunes of his on the road across North America early next year, with a newly announced winter tour scheduled to begin on Feb. 11 in Boston. The tour will continue for a little over a month with a final set on March 16 with a performance at The Novo in Los Angeles. The announcement of the 2019 performances shared late Wednesday night comes a week after his latest studio album, White Bronco, arrived independently back on Nov. 1. Bronson will be joined throughout the tour by Meyhem Lauren and Roc Marciano, with Lauren notably appearing on White Bronco track “Brutal.”
The Queens native and former chef will visit a mix of U.S. cities (plus one Canadian date) on the 14-date winter trek. The three rappers will play a pair of New York City shows on Feb 13 in Manhattan, followed by a gig in Brooklyn the following evening. They’ll then head down to Philadelphia for a performance at the Franklin Music Hall on Feb. 16, followed by shows in Toronto and Detroit before heading out to the west coast with shows throughout the Pacific Northwest and southern California.
Action Bronson is still scheduled to perform at Miami’s Soho Studios early next month, followed by a Dec. 29 gig down in Wanaka, New Zealand to close out the year. Bronson has yet to reveal any New Year’s Eve party plans as of Tuesday’s announcement.
White Bronco was Bronson’s third album release since 2015, with Bronson having become a hilariously honest household name in culinary entertainment in three years since Mr. Wonderful arrived. He had been a key player in Vice’s television arm, having starred in their foodie shows, “Fu*k, That’s Delicious” and the more recent "Untitled Action Bronson Show." Bronson announced last month that he plans on parting ways with the media conglomerate, mostly due to him wanting to expand his own show programming ideas.
