Alice Cooper's 'Paranormal' a worldwide success, tour begins Aug 12

Rock legend Alice Cooper is seeing worldwide chart success with his new album Paranormal, produced by his long-time collaborator Bob Ezrin. The solid rock release also features other classic rocker guests Larry Mullen of U2, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons and Deep Purple's Roger Glove. The album also features Cooper's original band members in a few songs. Continuing his successful album collaborations, Cooper will tour with Deep Purple beginning Saturday, Aug. 12 in Las Vegas. 

Cooper has charted several of his highest positions in well over 30 years, with topping at number 6 on the US's Soundscan and at 32 on Billboard Top 200, to name only a few. Additionally, his worldwide charts are holding at number 4 in Germany, his first highest in 45 years, number 4 in Australia number 5 in Belgium, among many others. On its release date, the album landed on the iTunes rock charts at #1 in 12 countries and the Top 5 in 20 countries.
