Aussie DJ Alison Wonderland has become one of the brightest emerging names in EDM since releasing her debut single in "Get Ready," on New Year’s Day in 2013. Having made her way up the ranks to become a dominant name on EDM festival posters around the globe, she’s now ready to take on a new role as a radio DJ.

Wonderland, who’s real name is Alex Sholler, will launch her new radio show on SiriusXM’s Electric Area Channel on Monday evening with “Radio Wonderland.” According to the announcement, the show’s format will include playing some of her favorite current and classic tracks, in addition to debuting some exclusive mixes which she and her friends created. She’ll also welcome special guests onto the show as part of its "808's and Mates" segment, and appropriately enough, her first guest on this evening’s broadcast will be fellow DJ, Skrillex.

“Soooo... SIRIUS XM trusted me with my own weekly radio show,” the DJ excitingly said in a post on her Instagram on Sunday. “First show is tomorrow & I get to play all the music I love from everything electronic to rap to punk to who even knows?!?! I'm going to be having weekly awkward conversations with my mates & this week it's with @skrillex Also on Monday I gonna play the unreleased cover of Shape of You I did with @itsnaderi .. so if I hear anyone playing it out.. I know you ripped it off the radio show and I respect that. IS THIS REAL LIFE I AM CRYING.”

Alison doesn’t have a lot of U.S. tour dates planned as of Monday. In addition to select festival appearances and some club dates leading up to her set at EDC Las Vegas in June, she’ll also be performing at New York City's Forest Hills Stadium on June 9, opening for The Chainsmokers.

SiriusXM subscribers can tune in every Monday at 10 p.m. EST on Channel 52 to hear her show live. "Radio Wonderland" will also replay every Wednesday at 12 p.m. and Fridays at 7 a.m. EST. Non-subscribers will be able to listen to the show via iTunes podcast starting with Episode 2 on May 8.
