On "American Idol" 2015 on April 1, the spoilers are running rampant for Kelly Clarkson Week. Although many of the "AI" buzz is about song choices, there are other tales to tell. But first, consider who is singing what among the nine contestants left.
According to March 30, these hopefuls are lined up with a number of Kelly's tunes. Joey Cook will take on "Miss Independent" while Jax will sing "Beautiful Disaster." Tyanna Jones chose "Mr. Know It All" and Daniel Seavey will be on hand with "Breakaway."
In addition, Rayvon Owen will warble "Since U Been Gone" and Clark Beckham will deliver "The Trouble With Love Is." Nick Fradiani will perform "Catch My Breath" and Qaasim Middleton will belt "Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)." And finally, Quentin Alexander will croon "Dark Side."
Meanwhile, the two hour-long version of "American Idol," airing on Fox on Wednesday night, will showcase Kelly Clarkson in another way. The first winner of "AI" will be on hand to mentor the final nine in hopes that these up-and-comers learn something before covering Kelly's music on the small screen.
Sadly, one of the contestants will be voted off during the course of the show, meaning any one of the nine won't actually get to give his or her prepared material. That's the way it goes on "American Idol," but it's a tough pill to swallow.
But wait. Another spoiler alert here: Ryan Seacrest is going to tell the viewers who are in the final two and then will have Twitter users vote on their favorites for the next five minutes. At that point, the decision will be made.
So who do you think will be the person voted off "American Idol" 2015 on Kelly Clarkson Week? Do you find these spoilers will help you make that decision or will you just wait to decide once you see the performances? Either way, watch this top flight TV talent show, the first of its kind on network television for this generation.
