Jimmy Fallon dedicated his entire “Tonight Show” episode to Ariana Grande on May 1 and the beloved pop songstress dropped some major details about her highly-anticipated new album during her interview. Grande dished that the Dangerous Woman follow up will be released this summer (at an undisclosed date) and will be called Sweetener, as in “sweetening a situation” and it’s about “bringing light to a situation or to someone’s life or somebody else brings light to your life …”

Members of the studio audience responded with screams and applause as the “Into You” singer agreed to reveal some song titles which include “R.E.M.,” “The Light Is Coming,” “God Is a Woman” (which she told Fallon is her grandmother’s favorite), and “Raindrops,” which will reportedly open the album. The latter track, she added, carries special significance as it samples the Four Seasons’ song “An Angel Cried,” which was co-written by her grandfather’s best friend. Grande’s “Tonight Show” takeover marks the first interview Fallon has had with her since the tragic Manchester bombing almost a year ago. The famous duo spent a lot of time talking and they also played one of Fallon’s hilarious games called Musical Genre Challenge. In the game, Fallon and Grande spun wheels pairing a popular song title with a music genre, then they were tasked with performing the song in the appropriate style.

Fallon kicked things off with an admirable ska version of Ed Sheeran’s hit “Shape of You.” Grande followed by smashing a goth rock version of “Humble” by Kendrick Lamar. Fallon returned with a Johnny Cash take on Usher’s “Yeah!" while the “Scream Queens” starlet belted out a fantastic ‘90s Diva rendition of “God’s Plan” by Drake. (Watch them play the game below).

Grande, who was recently announced as the 2018 Billboard Music Awards opening show performer, also delivered a triumphant TV debut of her latest single “No Tears Left to Cry” on “The Tonight Show” stage. She also participated in a funny Bravo network parody sketch called “No Big Deal.” She is slated to perform at the 2018 iHeartRadio Wango Tango by AT&T at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles on June 2. Other performers in the star-studded lineup include Shawn Mendes, Meghan Trainor, Miguel, 5 Seconds of Summer, and more. The event will be the first concert held at the venue.
