The Atlanta Gladiators announced their 2017-18 regular season schedule in the ECHL on Tuesday. The Gladiators will have their first home game against the Florida Everblades at the Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth, Georgia on Friday, Oct. 20 at 7:35 p.m. ET.

However before the Gladiators host the Everblades, they have two road games in Florida. The first comes on Oct. 13 and the second comes on Oct. 14.

Like last season, the Gladiators will have a 72 game regular season schedule with 36 games at home and 36 games on the road. In all 11 different teams will play in Duluth against the Gladiators in 2017-18. In an interesting statistic, the Kansas City Mavericks and Allen Americans will play their first road games against the Gladiators in 2017-18. They both joined the ECHL for the 2014-15 regular season. The Mavericks will play the Gladiators on Nov. 3 and Nov. 4, while the Americans will play the Gladiators on Feb. 6.

The Gladiators will be trying to bounce back after a rather disappointing 2016-17 ECHL season where they had a record of 27 wins, 37 losses and eight losses in either overtime or a shootout. Their final regular season game will be against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits on April 7, 2018.
