The Atlanta Gladiators will be having a special Marvel Super Hero night when they host the Florida Everblades at the Infinite Energy Arena on Dec. 2 (tickets). During the game, Gladiators players will be wearing Captain America themed jerseys which will be auctioned off to the public. There will also be super hero videoboard graphics and super hero music played at the Infinite Energy Arena that night.

Before the game and during the second intermission, the Super Heroes will be available for pictures with the public. Marvel Entertainment was founded in 1939 and is now owned by Disney. Some of its most famous comics include Spiderman, Howard the Duck and the Avengers led by Captain America.

In other Gladiators news, the team recently announced their relationship with Marlow's Tavern in Duluth and Buford. For selected games during the 2017-18 ECHL season, there will be post-game parties after a Gladiators home game at the Tavern. The party in Buford (date to be announced) will be the first time ever. The first post-game party will take place on Oct. 21 when the Gladiators host the Florida Everblades. After the game, Gladiators broadcaster Chris Theft will anchor the postgame show from Marlow's and will be joined by Gladiators players and members of the coaching staff.
