AXS TV is proudly airing “One World: Together At Home” in a live, commercial-free broadcast on Saturday, April 18 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Global Citizen and the World Health Organization are presenting the star-studded two-hour special, in partnership with Lady Gaga.
Late-night talk show hosts Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert will share hosting duties for the special in which celebrities will “entertain, address, and perform for their fans. They will also “educate millions of viewers worldwide about the WHO’s mission to prevent, detect, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
A huge lineup of music artists, actors, and celebrities will appear on the special including Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Alanis Morissette, Stevie Wonder, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, David Beckham, Chris Martin, Keith Urban, Idris Elba, and more.
The special will feature a mix of taped and live segments in which the artists deliver sketches, messages of hope, music performances and more. The show will also pay tribute to selfless healthcare workers around the world who are making huge daily sacrifices to battle the deadly virus in riveting “On The Frontlines” profiles.
