The Bakersfield Condors have made Nov. 29 as the date of their annual field trip day at the Rabobank Arena. This will be the 15th annual field trip day where the Condors play a regular season game during the day in front of students, teachers, bus drivers and parent chaperones.
Lower level seating is $11 and upper-level seating is $6. The admission includes a nutritious lunch (a sandwich, vegetables and drink), an educational booklet, motivational messages from the players and academic promotions throughout the game. The educational booklet pertains to hockey with various subject themes including geography, foreign language, mathematics, science and physical education.
The start of the game is at 10:30 a.m. PST. The Condors' opponent will be announced when the American Hockey League schedule is announced in the summer.

The Condors will be hoping for a better result in 2018 than they did in 2017. Last season, the Condors lost 3-1 to the Stockton Heat. However, the game was an absolute success. The Condors had an attendance of 8990, the second largest crowd in franchise history.
