Turn the amps up to nine, Beach Slang are returning to the road this fall. The Philadelphia-based quintet has announced initial dates on the "Drunk or Lust" tour, which will have them trekking across North America between September and December. A slew of alternative acts will join the group along the way, including Dave House & The Mermaid, Repeat Repeat and Pet Symmetry. View the complete list of tour dates below.

Fronted by outspoken vocalist James Alex, Beach Slang rocked the Made in America Festival in Philly this past weekend before embarking on their headlining tour. The group kicked things off at The Golden Pony in Harrisonburg, VA on Sept. 4 and is slated to play 43 shows through Dec. 2, when they wrap with a hometown gig at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philly. Make sure to check the band's AXS.com page for tickets to select shows, including stops at House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ and The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA.

Festival stops include KRBZ's Buzz Beach Ball in Kansas City and The Fest in Gainesville, FL. The group will also perform at this year's Riot Fest in Chicago, which also includes headlining acts Nine Inch Nails, A Day To Remember, Queens of the Stone Age, Wu-Tang Clan, Jawbreaker and Paramore.

Beach Slang's most recent studio effort came in 2016 with A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings. They most recently released Here, I Made This For You: Volume 2 in February, an EP that included cover songs from The Candyskins and The Jesus and Mary Chain. Last month, Alex announced the first official release from his solo project, Quiet Slang, an EP titled We Were Babies & We Were Dirtbags.
