Beats Antique and The Polish Ambassador announce co-headlining Red Rocks show

Beats Antique is as honest of a name as you will find in music; The Polish Ambassador, not so much. Still, these two melody-minded electronic artists will be joining forces this summer for a co-headlining gig at Red Rocks.

The two acts will be joined by CloZee and Polish Ambassador's backing band The Diplomatic Scandal when they play Red Rocks on July 27. Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday, Jan. 12, right here on

Originally formed as musical support for Miles Copeland's Bellydance Superstars, the trio behind Beats Antique--David Satori, Zoe Jakes and Tommy "Sidecar" Cappel--blend a variety of world music influences with hard beats and electronic textures. The group has remained busy on the road and in the studio since they were founded in 2007; they released their 11th album Shadowbox in 2016.

A CU Boulder alumni, The Polish Ambassador, aka David Sugalski, is more electronic-minded than Beats Antique but his music is still rooted in the intersection of melody and motion. Following the release of Color of Flight in 2017, he dropped a new single "Perfectly Imperfect" with The Grouch and Scott Nice in December.

Both artists are longtime Colorado favorites so their show promises to be a highlight of Red Rocks' summer concert series. Click here for tickets to the show, revisit The Polish Ambassador's first Red Rocks show in the video above and keep it here on for more on both artists.
