Best concerts and shows in Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melborne for St. Patrick's Day 2018

Besides the  St. Patrick's Day feasting and drinking, Orlando has one more thing to look forward to; concerts.  

While green beer and celebrations will be everywhere for this fun holiday, the music concerts around town will certainly kick things up a notch. The Dr; Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has transformed Central Florida’s concert field, with artists making a point to stop at this beautiful concert hall. Jason Mraz is among them, and before the St. Patrick’s Day festivities roll around, Mraz will play a set at the Walt Disney Theater at the center. This theater, in the Colonialtown area, has played host to all sorts of artists, from rock to R&B, from big names to local up-and-comers. On March 29, another big name will host a concert at this historic venue, Miguel, and his soulful voice will bring out the crowds to extend the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

On March 3, Sonny’s, a Florida-based BBQ chain., will host the Sonny’s Smokin’ Showdown, one of the premier BBQ competitions in the Southeast. In addition to the heavenly smells of BBQ that will fill the air at Tinker Field, the festival will feature a tight lineup of country music stars, including High Valley and Rodney Atkins.
