Björk announces new LP coming soon, says it will be her 'Tinder album'

On Wednesday (Aug. 2), avant-garde Icelandic artist Björk revealed that her new album is “coming out very soon.” The singer made her announcement via Instagram (check out the post below). While the name of the album has yet to be disclosed, you can pre-order it via Björk’s website. In an interview with Dazed, the singer gave more details on the album saying that it would be her “Tinder album.” She continues to say that the album is “about being in love. Spending time with a person you enjoy on every level is obviously utopia.”

The yet-to-be-named album is the follow up to Björk’s 2015 studio effort Vulnicura. As Pitchfork pointed out, she also released a Strings version of the album as well as a live version. In June, the singer released a video for her song "notget." You can check it out above. Björk recently performed at the FYF Festival in Los Angeles. Read about her performance here.
