Dan Auerbach will head out on a tour across North America this winter in support of his latest solo album, Waiting on a Song. Announced on Monday, the 20-date winter tour kicks off on Feb. 10 in Vancouver, BC, and wraps just under two months later on April 5 with a show at Denver’s Paramount Theatre.

Auerbach will be bringing a handful of his talented friends on the road with him. His "Easy Eye Sound Revue" backing band will be comprised of a handful of Auerbach’s friends and label mates for which the group is named after. Blues guitarist/singer Robert Finley, who is signed to Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound, will be one of the featured members of the band, as well as Shannon & the Clams’ Shannon Shaw. Shannon & the Clams will also act as the tour’s main support act.

Acclaimed session musicians also set to perform in Auerbach’s band throughout the tour include drummer Gene Chrisman (Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin), keyboardist Bobby Wood (Dusty Springfield), pedal-steel guitarist Russ Paul (Elton John, Leon Russell) and bassist Dave Roe (Johnny Cash, Sturgill Simpson), each of whom played a role, and an instrument, in Waiting on a Song, Rolling Stone reports.

The Black Keys guitarist and singer released Waiting on a Song back on June 2. He previewed the solo LP with an intimate show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn a few weeks prior to its release.

Tickets for select shows on Auerbach’s 2018 North American tour will be going on sale in their respective markets starting Tuesday, Oct. 31 and continuing throughout the rest of the week.
