German producer Boys Noize recently finished his Warehouse tour through Europe, which found him doing six hour sets at some places. During that time, he released two remix EPs for his latest studio album Mayday, which features guest appearances from POLIÇA, Remy Banks, Benga, Hudson Mohawke, and Spank Rock. Yesterday, the producer released another collaboration with POLIÇA titled "Lipstick Stains", which is available on iTunes and Spotify. The track is part of POLIÇA's upcoming Record Store Day 7-inch vinyl.
With his Australia tour kicking off tomorrow, the producer also decided to reveal some special dates in North America. His return to the area kicks off with an appearance at Mysteryland Festival in upstate New York on June 9. Other acts set to perform include Major Lazer, Run The Jewels, Clams Casino, and A-Trek. After the festival, the trek will make its way to Washington D.C., Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. Tickets for these shows are on sale right now. With the exception of Mysteryland, you can expect to hear longer sets from Boys Noize.
In late June, Boys Noize will be a part of the Glastonbury Festival, which will also include performances from Aanderson .Paak and the Free Nationals, Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, Sasha and John Digweed, and Halsey. On Aug. 6, he returns to California for the HARD Summer Music Festival, which will celebrate its 10 year anniversary. The lineup for this festival will be revealed soon.
