Though LCD Soundsystem’s new album may still be a few months away, James Murphy’s dance-punk project hasn’t slowed down since they returned to touring a year ago. Case in point: Today (March 28), the group has announced a five-night residency at New York’s newest concert venue, Brooklyn Steel.

The five-night stand begins April 6 and LCD will perform April 7, 8, 10 and 11. The series of concerts counts as the first shows at Brooklyn Steel. Along with LCD, the 20,000-square foot, 1,800-capacity venue has already booked an impressive roster of acts to play including The Decemberists, PJ Harvey, Tycho, Slowdive and more.

Tickets for LCD Soundsystem’s Brooklyn Steel residency go on sale Thursday, March 30 at 12 p.m. EDT right here on AXS. There is a two-ticket limit per person per show.
