Actor and veteran funnyman Chris Tucker will head out on a quick but presumably hilarious comedy tour this fall, with shows starting on Sept. 9 in Sugar Land, TX and wrapping up a few weeks later on Sept. 30 in Westbury, NY.
The former Def Comedy Jam jokester became a big name in Hollywood throughout the 1990s after appearing in films like Friday, The Fifth Element and the Rush Hour film series. Following a hiatus from performing, he returned to acting with the big 2012 hit Silver Linings Playbook, and even hosted the 2013 BET Awards. He also released his first ever stand-up film in 2015 on Netflix with Chris Tucker – Live.
The upcoming tour includes a three night run throughout Texas with shows in Sugar Land, Corpus Christi and Austin, before heading down to the Bahamas aboard the Splendor ship, which is a part of Carnival Cruise Line. He'll close out his month with a few shows back up in New York and New Jersey.
Tickets to select shows on his upcoming September run will be going on sale starting Friday, July 14, and can be purchased by clicking here.
