Rock outfit Citizen will perform at Boston’s Royale at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22 with special guests Sorority Noise and Great Grandpa.

Citizen is on tour performing selections from their third studio long-player, As You Please. The 12-track album, which was released back on Oct. 6 via Run For Cover Records, is supported by the lead single “Jet.” Also included on the album are standout tracks “In The Middle Of It All,” “Control,” and “You Are A Star.” As You Please was recorded with longtime producer Will Yip, known for his work with Circa Survive and The Wonder Years.

As You Please follows in the direction of Citizen’s previous releases, 2013’s Youth and 2015’s Everybody Is Going to Heaven.

Sorority Noise, a Connecticut-based indie foursome, dropped their third album earlier this year. You're Not As_____As You Think debuted at No. 176 on the Billboard 200 following its March release via Triple Crown Records. Recorded with producer Mike Sapone, who previously worked with Taking Back Sunday and Brand New, the album was anchored by the lead single “No Halo.”

Seattle-based alt-rock act Great Grandpa is supporting their debut LP, Plastic Cough, which dropped back on July 7 through Double Double Whammy. The album includes three singles: “Teen Challenge,” “Fade,” and “Expert Eraser.”

Tickets are $19 in advance, $22 on the day of the show and can be purchased online at AXS.com. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the all ages event. Royale is located at 279 Tremont Street in Boston, Massachusetts. For more information, visit Citizen’s website and Royale’s website.
