Cody Johnson prepares to dominate US with 2018 tour

Cody Johnson is beginning to dominate the country universe.

His takeover began in 2006, when he got some guys together to form the Cody Johnson Band with his father, Nathan Reddy, in his native Huntsville, Texas. The band would go on to make a name for themselves in the country universe; and, although their albums didn’t make it onto the charts, Johnson’s name was beginning to make waves.

His big break came in 2014, when his fifth LP, Cowboy Like Me, became an out-of-the-box smash, reaching number seven on both the Country and Indie charts and going to number 33 on the Billboard 200. His sixth LP did even better, with Gotta Be Me just missing out on the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 and also just missing out on the top spot on the Country charts.

With two hit albums and enos of experience now under his belt, Johnson is ready to take his rightful place among country music’s giants. Johnson is now on a massive U.S. tour covering nearly every square inch of America, and for those iching to see where he’ll make his next stops, here’s his entire itinerary.
