Celebrate in Brooklyn with group They Might Be Giants with a pair of shows at the Music Hall of Williamsburg over New Year's weekend--making the fun last even longer. Tickets are on sale now right here on AXS for $40. They have rung in the New Year in Brooklyn in the past, having played there over the holiday in 2012. And the shows continue into 2018, too, as They might Be Giants recently announced a world tour, starting a little over two weeks after New Year's on Jan. 17.

Ring in 2018 all weekend with band Diarrhea Planet as they wrap up their fall tour with two shows at Rough Trade at 10 p.m., meaning you'll probably get to count down to the New Year with the band. They'll be joined by openers THICK and Plastic Picnic. Tickets are on sale now right here on AXS for $25.

EDM favorite Gramatik will go from a Dec. 30 show in Denver for Decadence NYE to New York's Terminal 5 on New Year's Eve to kick off 2018, along with Big Wild and Ramzoid. Tickets are on sale now right here on AXS, including VIP offers. As for his 2018 plans, Gramatik will hit the road in support of album Re:Coil.
The Disco Biscuits

After breaking from tradition and spending last New Year's in Atlanta, jamband The Disco Biscuits are back to party in New York again at the PlayStation Theater for a four-night run, with support from Wyllys. Tickets are on sale now right here on AXS.

Singer-songwriter Amanda Palmer returns to New York yet again for New Year's, along with frequent collaborator and the other half of project Evelyn Evelyn, Jason Webley, for a New Year's Phantasmagoria. The two will also be joined by a number of special guests, including This Way to the Egress, Lacy Rose, Alaina Ferris and Kalan Sherrard. Tickets are on sale now for $65. Palmer has released quite a bit of new material this year through her Patreon, so get ready for the show with the video for "I Can Spin a Rainbow," part of her collaboration with The Legendary Pink Dots' Edward Ka-Spel, or the songs "Drowning in the Sound" and "Small Hands, Small Heart."
