And Cleveland and Akron have a lot of concerts for you to check out over July 4th weekend, from rock and metal bands to classic bands, so find one you can't miss and get your tickets before they sell out!

New Kids on the Block

Enjoy some nostalgia as New Kids on the Block hits the road this summer, stopping at Quicken Loans Arena on June 30. Boyz II Men and Paula Abdul join them on the Total Package tour. Tickets range from $29.50 to $99.95 and are on sale now, including VIP packages.

Rooney

Check out rock band Rooney at the Grog Shop on Friday, June 30, kicking off the weekend. They'll have support from Run River North and Extra Medium Pony. Tickets are on sale now for $16 in advance, $18 day of show.

Rib, White & Blue Festival

Cover bands can make for great fun--the next-best thing when it comes to see long-gone acts live. Over 4th of July weekend, Akron is offering plenty of tribute acts over the course of its Rib, White, & Blue festival, from Queen to Bruce Springsteen to The Rolling Stones and more--including, of course, a rib contest. Best of all, the whole thing is free.

Iconic band U2 is one of many classic acts on the road this summer, and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the album The Joshua Tree, they're bringing their tour of the same name to FirstEnergy Stadium on July 1. OneRepublic will open. Although tickets are sold out, you can still grab some on the resale market.

Megadeth

Metal band Megadeth will bring their Dystopia tour to Cleveland's Jacobs Pavilion--formerly Nautica Pavilion--on Monday, July 3 to start a new week. MeshuggahTesseracT, and Lillake will open. Tickets are on sale now and start at $29.
