Thanksgiving is coming up fast, but music fans in Los Angeles will be getting a lot of great music during the holiday week. Venues throughout the Los Angeles area have booked a wide variety of acts up to and immediately after Thanksgiving, so there's some music for everyone along with their turkey. Check out these concerts happening in Los Angeles during Thanksgiving week, with tickets to all of them on sale now through AXS.

Esperanza Spalding
Nov. 20 @ 8 p.m.
El Rey Theatre - 5515 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036

Jazz singer and musician Esperanza Spalding comes to Los Angeles with her latest album 12 Little Spells. You can hear one of the songs from that record, "Til The Next Full," by playing the video above. The four-time Grammy Award winner has one of the best voices in jazz, and she combines that with an impressive ability to play a number of instruments, including guitar and bass. She's an amazingly versatile artist, and with tickets starting at just $50.00, this concert is a steal.

Fortunate Youth
Nov. 21 @ 8 p.m.
The Novo by Microsoft - 800 W. Olympic Blvd A335, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Laid-back reggae rockers Fortunate Youth are touring Thanksgiving week, and the Southern California natives put on a very unique show. They're keeping reggae alive and mixing it with rock sensibilities in songs like "Midnight Lover." What else makes their concerts different is that the band doesn't have a set lineup; all of the band members rotate positions throughout the show! That's not something most bands would even attempt, but Fortunate Youth isn't most bands. Go see them live and hear something new, with tickets starting at $19.50.

Cat Power
Nov. 21 @ 8:30 p.m.
The Theatre at Ace Hotel - 929 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Singer and songwriter Cat Power is touring in support of her tenth studio album Wanderer, which was just released in September. The album includes "Stay" and ten other new songs, and it's her first record in six years. She continues to combine pop fare with blues influences to create songs that are bittersweet. Like "Stay," they can sound sad, but also have a certain hopeful quality to them. After a lengthy break between records, and with her new album just two months old, it's worth hearing what she's been up to. Tickets start at $38.50.

The Fab Four
Nov. 23 @ 8 p.m.
City National Grove of Anaheim - 2200 E. Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806

The Fab Four are the ultimate tribute band, paying tribute to The Beatles with their own flair. Especially with some of the Beatles albums getting recent reissues, this is an excellent time to hear their music live one more time. The Fab Four aren't just another tribute band either; they've had their own PBS special and even dress up to resemble the Beatles in their heyday. The venue also offers numerous ticket levels that include dinner options for a perfect date night or family night out. Tickets start at $32.50.

Nov. 23 and 24 @ 9 p.m.
Shrine Expo Hall - 665 W. Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007

Top-notch DJ REZZ will play two sets at Shrine Expo Hall after Thanksgiving as part of her Certain Kind of Magic Tour. The tour is named after her recently released sophomore album, which reached the Top 10 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers Chart with fun and frenetic songs like "Flying Octopus." Her live shows are perfect for anyone dancing off the Thanksgiving turkey. Tickets for Nov. 23 are available here, and tickets for Nov. 24 can be purchased here; both shows require fans to be 18 years old or older. Be sure to check out AXS Premium ticket options for even better seats to both shows!
