Cuts for Guts to support Crohns & Colitis Foundation

Nashville and music go hand and hand, so on Monday, March 6 at 8:30 pm artists will come together to raise funds for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.  Songwriters Lee Brice, Justin Wilson and Craig Campbell will perform in the round at The Listening Room Cafe. Tickets for the event is $25 online and $35 at the door the night of the event.

Lee Brice is best known for his hit singles "I Drive Your Truck", "I Don't Dance" and "Love Like Crazy." Besides his own material, he has co-written singles for Garth Brooks "More Than a Memory", Eli Young Band "Crazy Girl", and Tim McGraw "Still."  Craig Campbell may have gotten his start at the local bars in Nashville, but he soon was hitting the charts with his song "Family Man." His latest single, "Outskirts of Heaven," was released to radio in April 2016. Justin Wilson is a songwriter with Nashville's Magic Mustang Music.

This benefit will help the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation for sufferers of the illness. Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, are painful illnesses that attack the digestive system. The symptoms may include persistent pain, fever and weight loss, and many patients require hospitalization and surgery for the condition.  Approximately 1.6 million American adults and children suffer from Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, most develop symptoms between the ages of 15 and 35. At this time, there is no known cure.
