Decapitated and Thy Art Is Murder reveal co-headlining tour
Nuclear Blast Records/Youtube

2017 has become a noticeable year for death metal outfits Decapitated and Thy Art Is Murder. Decapitated are gearing up for the release of their upcoming studio album Anticult on July 7, and Thy Art Is Murder reunited with vocalist Chris "CJ" McMahon, who left the outfit back in 2015. The year will only get more exciting for both outfits with the reveal of their summer co-headlining North American tour on Monday.

The Double Homicide Tour kicks off on Aug. 21 inside the Canal Club in Richmond, Virginia, and both acts will tour the country with support from San Francisco's Fallujah, who are plugging their latest studio album Dreamless, and North Dakota's Ghost Bath, who released their new studio album Starmourner last month. Canadian fans will be pleased to know the tour will make its way to Vancouver (Rickshaw Theater on Sept. 2), Toronto (The Opera House on Sept. 16), and Montreal (Corona Theatre on Sept. 17).

This trek will feature the only North American dates for Thy Art Is Murder in 2017, so you don't want to miss them in action before they head back to Australia. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (May 5). You can check out the entire tour routing below.
