Coming off the biggest year of his career, country breakout Drake White is competing for this year's Grammy Artist of Tomorrow, a fan-voted honor which showcases fresh new talent poised to become the next superstar acts. Bailey Bryan, who recently issued her debut single "Own It" (hitting country radio Jan. 30), and Columbian musician and singer Farina round out the field. Each newcomer was nominated by a current industry friend and music-maker.

White, whose debut album Spark was one of country music's best releases last year, was nominated by Zac Brown. Meanwhile, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott put Bryan's name in the ring, and Wyclef Jean placed his bets on Farina. Fans can now vote once a day for their favorite through Feb. 8. The winner will be featured on the live broadcast of the 59th annual Grammy Awards, slated for Feb. 12 and airing on CBS at 8/7c.

Major contenders for this year's Grammy Awards include Drake, Beyonce, Adele, Chance the Rapper, country outlier Sturgill Simpson--who unexpectedly nabbed an all-genre Album of the Year nod for A Sailor's Guide to Earth--four-time nominee Maren Morris, Justin Bieber, Miranda Lambert, and many more. Actor, comedian and late-night talk show host James Corden will emcee the evening.

White was named to the 2017 New Faces of Country Class at the upcoming Country Radio Seminar (slated for Feb. 22-24). The lineup also includes Morris, traditionalists William Michael Morgan and Jon Pardi, and "Backroad Song" singer Granger Smith. Performances will take place at Nashville's Omni Hotel. “This year’s New Faces lineup is reflective of our format’s strength, and steady growth,” Chairman of the CRS New Faces Committee John Crenshaw previously shared. “I’m happy to report we received a record number of qualified votes from country radio supporting these talented artists. We believe it is going to be an amazing show."

Next month, White launches his headlining Spark Tour with a Feb. 4 show at Husson University.
