R&B singer Solange and rapper Earl Sweatshirt have announced that they will hold a fundraiser on Aug. 11 benefiting chef Alisa Reynolds, owner of the Los Angeles restaurant My Two Cents.

Entitled Wine and Grind, the event will take place in an undisclosed location, with ticket purchasers being sent the details with their purchase confirmation. Tickets are $35 and are available to those 21 and over.

While other performers haven't been announced yet, both Solange and Earl Sweatshirt are taking a hands-on approach and personally selecting the talent. According to their website, Wine and Grind will be “an evening to bring together community to support the imprint chef Alisa has cultivated through food, love, and fellowship" with "all proceeds to go to preserving Chef Alisa's legacy on Pico."

As Solange and Earl Sweatshirt personally curate the talent and tunes for this fundraising event, fans will benefit from a night of music, food and drink.
