Ed Sheeran is moving on to his latest single, "Perfect," which was officially released on Sept. 26. It hasn't taken long for the song to climb the Hot 100 songs chart and after only a month, it makes a leap into the top 10, his sixth overall in his career.

"Perfect" jumps from No. 18 on the chart to No. 10 and is only expected to climb higher as radio airplay picks up. On Radio Songs, the third U.S. single from the No. 1 album Divide moves from No. 30 to No. 22 having 53 million impressions across the country. That number is up over 16 percent while it gains by 14 percent on Streaming Songs. On the general chart, it moves from No. 35 to No. 27 with 13.1 million listens through official platforms such as Spotify and YouTube (YouTube counts towards the Hot 100 but not the Top 200 Albums tally currently).

Over on Digital Songs, it stays at a peak of No. 3 while also picking up by 7 percent, having sold 53,000 copies in the latest tracking week.

"Perfect" is Sheeran's sixth top 10 single on the Hot 100 following lead single "Shape of You" taken from Divide, commanding the No. 1 spot for 12 weeks, and "Castle on the Hill" which reached No. 6 on the chart. Aside "Shape," Sheeran's 2015 hit "Thinking Out Loud" is the second-highest charting track coming in at No. 2.

Across other airplay charts, the song Sheeran wrote with his brother Matthew has so far hit No. 19 on Adult Contemporary, No. 17 on Mainstream Top 40 (Pop Songs), and No. 9 on Adult Top 40 (Adult Pop Songs).

Around the globe, where "Perfect" is the fourth single, it's already been topping charts including in Austria, Belgium and Switzerland while hitting the top 10 in others such as the U.S., his native U.K. and Sweden.
