Bristol-based electro indie pop band Elder Island is gearing up for a promotional tour in 2019 as they ready to release their first full-length LP The Omnitone Collection which is expected to be released on Feb. 8. The trio will play select venues in Europe before heading over to North America for a six-date run.
The group will play Brooklyn, New York's Rough Trade NYC on March 22, one of the hottest venues in the area. Currently, a Spotify, as well as an American Express pre-sale, is open with tickets going on sale to the general public on Dec. 7 at 10:00 a.m. For ticket pricing and availability, click here for event details. Elder Island's debut album follows two previously released EPs, a self-titled effort and 2016's Seeds in Sand. The 2014 effort caught the attention at the UK's Radio 1 which helped them land spots at major festivals including Secret Garden Party. Their single "The Big Unknown" has been streamed over 9 million times on Spotify and 2016's "Black Fur" has garnered over 5 million listens. The lead single from The Omnitone Collection, "You & I," is available to stream and download now and is composed of house beats surely to entice US listeners.
