Kacey Musgraves might not be everyone's cup of tea, but her star power is undeniable. Her current nationwide tour, appropriately called the Country & Western Rhinestone Revue, gives the Texan a chance to show of her songwriting, commanding onstage presence and understanding of country's ethos. The singer first launched the tour last year, but due to an overwhelmingly positive response, she extended well into 2016. She's currently promoting 2015's critically acclaimed Pageant Material, an album rich in countrypolitan glimpses and even more compelling, wholly personal narratives.
The Rowdy and AXS.com have teamed up to give away a pair of tickets to the upcoming Amos' Southend concert (on April 15) to one lucky fan. Head over here to enter for a chance to win. Musgraves also performs there the following night (April 16).
Musgraves' tour set list includes her signatures, such as "Merry Go Round," "Follow Your Arrow" and "Biscuits." Too, the songwriter performs her original version of Miranda Lambert's No. 1 hit "Mama's Broken Heart" and a cover of TLC's "No Scrubs." Additional songs include "Step Off," "Late to the Party," "It Is What It Is," "Stupid," "Somebody to Love" and Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Were Made for Walking."
