Every Time I Die return to Buffalo for 11th annual Christmas shows this weekend

In keeping with holiday tradition, Buffalo hardcore legends Every Time I Die will return home for the eleventh year to play three sold out Christmas shows.

The first night of Every Time I Die’s 11th Annual XMAS show will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 20 at Town Ballroom with special guests Stick To Your Guns, Harms Way, and Revealer. That same night, Barrier Brewing/Every Time I Die Hop Damn IPA will make its debut at Allen Burger Venture (175 Allen Street).

On the following night, Monday, Dec. 21, ETID’s 11th Annual XMAS show 2.0 and 3.0 will take place at the Studio at Waiting Room. The first show will take place at 6 p.m. with opening act Rhinoceros. The second show will begin at 10:00 p.m. with opening act Burn Book.

ETID’s most recent studio full-length, From Parts Unknown, debuted at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 following its July 2014 release via Epitaph Records. The album, which features the track "Decayin with the Boys,” was produced by Kurt Ballou, best known as the guitarist from Converge.

Back in February, the band announced drummer Ryan Leger’s departure and replacement in the form of Daniel Davison, formerly of Norma Jean and Underoath. The current lineup consists of brothers Keith (vocals) and Jordan Buckley (lead guitar), Andy Williams (rhythm guitar), Stephen Micciche (bass) and Davison.

Earlier this month, Keith Buckley left Every Time I Die’s current tour due to the premature birth of his new baby daughter. Jason Butler from letlive. is filling in on vocal duties for the remainder of the tour.

All three of Every Time I Die’s 11th Annual XMAS shows are sold out. 16+ admitted with valid government issued identification, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions. Town Ballroom is located at 681 Main Street. Studio at Waiting Room is located upstairs at 334 Delaware Avenue. For more information, visit everytimeidie.net and afterdarkpresents.com.
