Celebrate New Year’s Eve at one of the family-friendly events being held in Atlanta, Ga. as 2017 turns into 2018. Kids and adults will enjoy the special daytime and evening events for children as they ring in the New Year.  

2018 Peach Drop

The annual New Year’s Eve Peach Drop will be at a new location this year, so the event that is the focal point of Atlanta’s celebration will be the historic Flatiron Building at Woodruff Park. More than 100,000 people traditionally attend the holiday event, so expect a crowd. The Peach Drop event will be free to attend. Live entertainment is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.  

Noon Year’s Eve

The annual Noon Year’s Eve at Legoland is an annual event for children. Plan to arrive before noon to see more than 600 balloons dropping from the ceiling. Exclusive online prices start at $12.50.

New Year’s Bubble Bash

Noon Year’s Eve

The family celebration at Fernbank Museum will include kid-friendly activities and a countdown to a balloon drop at noon. The first 1,000 children through the door will receive a free party favor.  Tickets will be $8/Members or $20/Non-Members.

Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl Fan Night

Kids’ Early New Year’s Eve Celebration

Stone Mountain Park will offer a family-friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration, as part of the Stone Mountain Christmas on Dec. 31. Take the family to Stone Mountain for the holiday activities in the afternoon. The New Year’s Eve activities will begin at 8:15 p.m. Kids’ Early New Year’s Eve will include Snow Angel Fireworks and Snowfall Finale at 8:15 p.m. There will also be the Early New Year’s Eve Countdown, Snowfall, and Fireworks at 9 p.m. Admission to the New Year’s Eve event will be included with the Christmas Adventure Pass ($29.95-$34.95).
