Father John Misty--otherwise known as Josh Tillman--is headed back to Red Rocks for a second year in a row. The singer-songwriter recently shared a new track, “Mr. Tillman,” and has detailed a new album coming in 2018. The new record should be out by the time Tillman hits the Red Rocks stage on Wednesday, Aug. 15. Providing direct support is the stellar rock group TV On The Radio. You can find ticketing info to Father John Misty at Red Rocks by clicking here.

Father John Misty’s new album--which, according to Tillman, came to him while living in a hotel on a “misadventure”--comes as the follow up to FJM’s critically acclaimed 2017 album Pure Comedy. The album garnered FJM a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music album and won the Grammy--somewhat ironically and much to the outspoken artist’s distaste--for Best Recording Package.

But whatever’s going on around Tillman, his performances are always amazing. Check out our photos and review from Father John Misty’s last visit to Red Rocks by following this link.
