Houston Symphony: Star Spangled Salute

This free Independence Eve spectacular will be a family-friendly celebration of patriotic music performed by the Houston Symphony. The concert will be free but tickets will be required.

Citgo Freedom Over Texas

Freedom Over Texas will offer an evening of live music on four stages, headlined by country star Chris Young. The evening will conclude with a stunning blast of fireworks on Buffalo Bayou. Tickets to the event are $8

ExxonMobil Summer Symphony Nights: A Star-Spangled Salute

Celebrate America’s birthday at the Star-Spangled Salute, featuring patriotic music. The uplifting free concert will be followed by a show of fireworks at Hermann Park.

Fourth of July Snow & Ice Celebration

The family can cool off at the Snow & Ice Celebration on Independence Day. Kids and adults can escape the summer heat by creating snowmen and snow angels and playing in 30,000 pounds of snow. Houston’s 80s tribute band The Ruxpins will perform from 2-4 p.m.

4th of July Waterworks Spectacular

Kids and adults will have fun playing at the Waterworks Spectacular with the giant water race courses. The event will include live music, frozen treats, and patriotic eats.

The 179th City of Galveston Celebration, Independence Day Parade, and Fireworks
July 4 @ 7:30 p.m.
37th Street and Seawall Blvd., Galveston Island, TX 77550

The 4th of July on Galveston Island will be a festive family-friendly evening featuring a glittering parade and dazzling display of fireworks over the Gulf.  The parade will be a procession of decorated floats, military vehicles, and performers which will step off on Seawall Boulevard, from 59th Street to 25th Street, at 7:30 p.m. The fireworks over the Gulf of Mexico will fire off near 37th Street and Seawall Boulevard. Admission will be free.

2-Day Independence Celebration

The All-American celebration will offer an evening of family fun and live music. The 4th of July Parade will start at 5:30 p.m. The Fireworks Extravaganza featuring music by DJ Mike will illuminate the skies at 9:30 p.m.

Bellaire 4th of July Celebration

The annual 4th of July Parada parade will step off at 9:30 a.m. The entire family will enjoy the festival, which will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The festivities will include carnival games and rides, a petting zoo, and more.
